1. Private Yoga on Zoom for you or your friends. $50 a person per class per hour.
2. Private Weight Training Sessions with hand weights and cardio Tabata mix . $25 per class per hour.
3. Create a personalized balanced workout plan for you to include cardio, strength training, core focused workout, and stretching program. $30 for a 1 month program.

You may just stand there or do various exercises that I introduce you to but all the while you will build muscle, increase heart rate, increase blood flow, and clean the lymphatic system.
