Hello everyone! My name is Bertena and I am a lover of learning and teaching others to learn things about themselves and their spiritual path. I have lived from one side of Kentucky to the other and currently work at Cosmic Connections in Nashville, Tenn. as a spirit guide communicator and divination expert. I use tarot cards, oracle cards, crystal balls, and reiki to help guide my clients to meet their spirit guide and find their spiritual path.
I am a former Associate Professor of Sociology with 30 years of experience in professional presentations and leading classes and workshops all around the world. I am also a published author that has attended multiple book signings, conferences, and conventions. I love to learn and share her knowledge with everyone around her.

I have spent most of my life studying things that I love. I have undergraduate and graduate degrees from Morehead State University in sociology, criminology, history, and education. I spent these educational years studying ancient civilizations, goddesses the paranormal, religion, and the occult.
Non Secular Education Wisdom of the Heart Church
I attended the University of Metaphysical Sciences in California and Minnesota. The Wisdom of the Heart Church has created a very extensive curriculum in Divinity Studies. I have completed the Bachelor and Master of Divinity Studies and is Ordained by the Wisdom of the Hearth Church. I have my Philosopher of Parapsychology and Paranormal Sciences, Ph.D. My thesis and work has been on angels and spiritual guides as well as spiritual coaching. I offer house cleansing, paranormal investigations of homes, handfasting and marriage ceremonies, energy work, and spiritual guidance.
Self Care and Yoga Teacher Training
I have a 500 hour Yoga Teacher through White Crow Yoga in Nashville, Tenn. I teach Chair, Beginner, and Restorative Yoga as well as Meditation and Yogic Spiritual Classes. I am also a Self Care Coach and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and Holistic Weight Loss Coach through Natura Holistic Life Centre. she helps people unite their mind, body, and soul. I provide workshops on yoga, meditation, self care, spiritual yoga studies, and wellness coaching.
I have had a strange background in careers and I feel like each of these careers, too many to name here, helped me find my path to helping others learn about who they truly are. I have been a domestic violence/sexual assault/corrections/addictions counselor, public school teacher, college career director, and sociology/criminology/history professor. I have spent my time helping people let go of things that are holding them back and finding their true path. I find that my past life and what I am doing now goes hand in hand. I use the ancient history that I have studied and apply the goddesses of the time to the divine feminine today and the study of religions to help release the holds of religion and introduce the freedom of spirituality.
I have always been connected with angels and spirits and I am finally at a point in my life that I am ok with what I experience and sharing it with others. Meditation is my key to connecting with the spirit guides.
I do my sessions like I did my counseling sessions- really looking for a plan for my clients to move forward on their journey. And my classes are full of knowledge and resources like my college classes were. It is a way to really be who I am meant to be and help others in a way that I was meant to.
